Your Role & Impact
As an initiative applicant, you define your role based on your strengths. Typical areas include:
- Design and implementation of IP cores for ASIC and FPGA platforms
- Development of algorithms for error correction coding and signal processing
- System-level architecture and optimisation
- Verification and validation of high-performance designs
- Collaboration with international customers on cutting-edge projects
Your Profile
We are looking for high potentials with:
- A degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields
- Strong knowledge in digital signal processing, communication systems, and hardware design
- Experience with VHDL, Verilog, SystemVerilog, or similar languages
- Familiarity with ASIC/FPGA toolchains and simulation environments
- Analytical thinking and a passion for solving complex technical challenges
- Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus)
