This year marks 15 years of innovation, growth, and trusted partnerships for Creonic. The milestone reflects the company’s continued success in delivering high-performance communication IP cores for ASIC and FPGA-based systems across satellite, wireless, and optical communications.
Over the past 15 years, Creonic has built a strong portfolio of ready-to-use IP cores supporting industry standards such as DVB-S2X, DVB RCS2, CCSDS, and 3GPP 5G. Key solutions include IP cores for forward error correction, modulation and demodulation, and equalization. Development is driven by close industry partnerships and continuous research activities. “This anniversary is not only a celebration of our history, but also a recognition of the relationships and shared achievements that have brought us here,” says Timo Lehnigk-Emden, CEO of Creonic. “We are deeply grateful for the trust placed in us by our customers and partners, as well as the dedication and passion of our team.”
To mark the milestone, Creonic hosted an anniversary event bringing together employees, their families, and long-standing partners. A highlight of the evening was a guest talk by Dr. Insa Thiele-Eich, meteorologist and astronaut candidate, who provided concrete insights into her work on climate research and her training for future space missions. Her insights into climate research and astronaut training added a valuable perspective on current developments in space and satellite applications. She highlighted the practical challenges of preparing for space missions as well as the importance of reliable data and communication in these environments.
Looking ahead, Creonic remains focused on advancing high-performance communication technologies, strengthening long-term partnerships, and supporting customers in developing next-generation systems.
